I understood the Dez hire at the time, though we still should have conducted actual interviews of candidates. However, what I don't understand is we allowed a buyout clause in his contract. What was he going to do? Turn down an FBS head coaching job offer when no other FBS program in the entire country would have even made him their OC, much less their head coach?

It is totally unacceptable to have yet a 3rd losing season under Des out of 4 seasons.

Tired of hearing but we love Des. He is one of us. Yes all true. His job is to put our men in position to win games. No more excuses. The SBC West is wide open for the taking right now. Win out!
