Come on, land was the future then.
UL has a lot of land around Blackham and across from Cajun Field around the hotel. This property has been sitting idly for years. How about leasing the property for some private investment of the entire area in apartments, retail, restaurants, etc. Stephen Oubre showed how to develop this a few years ago and nothing has been done. Don't just wait for more donations or state contributions that aren't coming. Be pro-active now. Imagine what that entire area could look like when developed. Time to reopen Stephen's development plan.

Are we paid for every road game??
Yes, unless it is a home and home deal. Lots of home and home deals do occur. Now some road games pay more than others. If you go to a major school, you can approach six figures. Not sure what we are getting by going to Stanford as that is part of an MTE.

If Coach White leaves after 2 years, we will have had high basketball success. That likely means 2 consecutive NCAA tournament appearances. That will bring revenue and attention to the program. That could attract another strong candidate.

Absolutely the right way to look at it.
