More bad injury news for @RaginCajunsFB

Coach Des revealed tonight during coach’s show that Shelton Sampson will be out 4-6 weeks with a hamstring injury
It happened in the 2nd quarter Saturday but he played through it
Sampson also has been playing with torn finger ligament pic.twitter.com/JrAsHcsyap
Unfortunate x2
These players are tighter than a drum. Stretch, stretch, and more stretch.
Makes the fact that they knew he wasn't catching, yet they kept going to him, knowing it was physical and not mental, a little insane.
We may see a true FR WR or 2 this Saturday.
Honestly I can see him deciding to shut it down for the year to try to get medical redshirt and then transfer. Why come back and play if thr team is 1-9 or at best 3-7
Man we are reverting to the mean on injuries since Napier had so few key ones.
The hurt finger cost a few drops and perhaps a couple games.
Healthy yet inexperienced, coupled with lesser talent, would have done more.
From invincible to indefensible.
Of course this is only my opinion, I have no proof, at least not till we see the true freshmen play.
He had a decent game vs EMU, but dropped a TD at end of half. Won't miss him much in the WR Room which is not that good anyway. Good luck to him on his recovery, but to this point he has done nothing.
Next man up. Lets give it a go for the next guy.
