Can anyone provide the financials associated with CMD‘s 5 year contract in 2024? I know a buyout is a pipe dream, but wondering how long we will have to suffer and what it will cost us beyond fans.

I still think we have some talent on this team.

I keep seeing a lot of people say this and I just disagree. I think we THOUGHT this team was talented. I’ve seen nothing on the field to prove that. QB’s are incapable. WR’s can’t catch. O-Line can’t block. RB is probably the only position on the team where we have any sort of talent. Defense can’t tackle or cover. I just don’t see where the talent is supposed to be.

And on top of all this…the coaching staff is clueless.

The coaches also spoon fed anyone who would listen the narrative of the deepest, fastest roster they’ve had. Coming off a 10 win season, that sounds impressive. Media who know what they are talking about had it totally wrong, too.

Most fans drank the kool aid too. And it’s fine.

Just don’t get upset with the fans when they call you out for falling so incredibly short of the goals that you told them you had for your team.

The guy is not, nor has ever been, what was to needed to follow up on Napier's success here. He is out of his league.

Would it have been better if Des said “My team Sux”. If NIL and the portal doesn’t change, we will always have a mixture of real young guys and older guys that “The Money Teams” didn’t want to pay for.

We had a good # of returning OL that were "experienced". If you made me pick our biggest disappointment (of many) this season it's the OL. WR is a close #2.

On paper OL should have been one of the strongest lines in G5. Reality after 4 games.....our OL flat out sucks. Horribly inconsistent and the most penalized part of the team. With the exception of 1 play.....1 single play.....they were destoyed by the Missouri DL every play.

UL lost to #133 (of #135). Des needs to make coaching moves now.....cant wait til off-season. Roll a head or 2 now to.set the expectatiin level with all the remaining coaches.....finish the staff turnover firings nèeded 5 minutes after 12th game is over.

If I were Des......his coaches over OL and WR would be fired today. Friends or not.....those are the poorest underperforming 2 units.
