In arizona they used to (maybe still do) play minor league baseball games at 7 am or 8 am

3-4pm is the hottest temp of the day but it is residual heat from the generatvive heat of the 12-3pm sun rays.

The generative heat of 3-6pm is actually way less than 12-3pm is. It's residual not generative.

I'd rather work in a slightly warmer temp than feel like the heat was being created on my neck.
