I think what makes the situation unique in another way is the "parking lot" classification. We all still see it as a "road" but in all reality while having established the land's ownership by the UL System and the connections made between public roads that it offers on Gameday, etc. it is private when "not in that light", i.e. nothing going on. I am obviously no attorney, just another Cajun trying to not get ticketed.
