Since bon temps has become the catering for football stadium suites , why is Sodexho still doing concessions for sports ? Seems like that was a statement to Sodexho that your time maybe coming to an end .

They are doing concessions because they still have the contract for it. The club level is a brand new space so they were able to solicit a new vendor for that space.

Sodexo has the catering contract for the entire university. When you consider all the dining options and students on campus, and all the athletic events during the year, it has to be a massive contract. I don’t know anything about the contract, but the fact that most colleges and pro teams have contracts with national catering companies makes me think they can provide more value for the university than a local company like Bon Temps can.

This and Sodexo likely doesn't offer premium/up scale service so because of that, the university can bid out to catering companies.
