That’s the thing. Those aren’t the templates of last year. We have worn the same unis since at least 2021. It might even be the same jersey itself, not replaced. Adidas switched fabrics in 2023. You can tell difference between old and new if you look at the adidas logo on the shoulder. They removed the name word mark and only have the three bars on the new templates. That means we held off for at least two years. Or at least 4 years without getting anything new. I don’t know if that is the contract. All of that to say, yeah they probably didn’t keep our old template, lol.

Its really not that different besides the white collar, slight adjustment to stripes and the word Louisiana is slightly larger.

Agree. Sounds like I am in the minority, but I am just happy we finally upgraded to new unis. I imagine wear 4 year old jerseys wasn’t great for the players. Hell Church Point high upgraded before we did.

Gotta hand it to him he took the classic style, added ‘Louisiana’ to it, and introduced that signature double red-and-white stripe on the helmet, and pants and carried it over to the jersey!

Plus took the helmet and use the red helmet white facemask.

Thats it, that is our style just look at the old Cajun Uniforms. Better or worse that is our style and every uniform should be modeled off of that. Thats what i try to go by.

Also there is no reason why we cannot have a Logo that represents who are and that is Louisiana. That is what I am trying to do. As of right now we have no logo that says we are Louisiana. I mean not just writing Louisiana but an actual logo.

Not necessairly which style works better in which color but as a generality i would lean towards having an outline on the nunbers
