While it’s still way too early for head coach Michael Desormeaux and his staff to name starters for positions like quarterback and kicker, the fourth-year coach is pleased with his team’s work ethic so far.

“I’d say for three days, they’ve really done it exactly like we want to,” Desormeaux said. “Three days is really nothing without the finish here, but (we're) really pleased with the work so far. Pleased with the competition and the way its going back and forth, but you know, we’re a long way to the first game. I think we’re on our way.”
