Coach Bustle's wife use to watch games from the levee.
There has to be something cheap to "begin" making this area fun again.
Something as simple as food trucks lined up all the way across.
Not needed but someone can invent Cajun Levee Spike Seats for watching games.

My broad thoughts on the “premium vs. everyday” or whatever you’d like to call it situation we always find ourselves discussing: This administration has made it abundantly clear who they are marketing to. The entire rollout for OLOL Stadium has focused on the premium. Renderings focused on the suites. The areas that 95% of people who set foot in OLOL will never see in person. I still don’t know what the concourse is going to look like. The announcement was an exclusive get together. Stadium tours have been limited to those at $2,500 and up. Current sales reflect that strategy. The suites and loge areas are bought up. The most desirable seating on the home side is taken. Sales are less than stellar in the other areas. It is nice the premium areas are sold. That was an absolute necessity with our current financial situation, but somewhere along the way the household of 4 in Lafayette with Mom and Dad who work at the accounting firm but may not be partners there have been left feeling boxed out. I’m fully aware we could sell season tickets at $50 a pop and some would still complain about the price. The more relevant complaint in recent years is that people are expected to pay more than ever and their experience in the stadium (apart from what happens on the field) has fallen off a cliff. You can call it what you want but asking people to pay more for tailgating, more for parking, more for season tickets, and more for worse food while their overall experience has diminished is not a recipe for success.
The good news is that Lafayette flocks to the new. They may not go all in and buy season tickets, but most of the people we need to see consistently inside OLOL for it be a great atmosphere are going to give us a chance at some point this upcoming season. When they do, the experience they had come to expect from CF cannot be what they experience at OLOL. If we continue to operate how we had, this place will sit empty. The CF experience of the last decade needs to become a memory of the past.
J.H.C. seriously, take an exact replica of The Band Box. The blueprint is already there. No reason to try and be innovative.
