I'm not trying to be a d***, but other than the new stadium, what has changed that would tell you we would get 5000 more people than we SOLD tickets to for the conference championship game against the same team?
1- Weather was horrible for champ game. It just was.
2- I think IF we’d be 4-0 coming off a win at a respectable Mizzu program, I would HOPE that would provide us some momentum of “casual football observer” support.

I was ready to be optimistic for once but then I looked at the schedule..
LSU / Ole Miss
Penn St / Oregon
Alabama / Georgia
we'll be lucky to get 20k in my opinion.. but at least our local college girls will make good tips at Corner Bar and other SEC watch-parties
Start 4-0 and I’d sure dang hope we can have 25k vs Marshall. Heck, even 3-1 with a respectable showing at a Mizzu team that has been pretty damn good the past two seasons, you’d hope would be enough for over 20k in Week 5, but unfortunately, it may not be.
Isnt the overall capacity decreasing? Moving forward attensance is not as important as percent of capacity, so same old attendance figures is now a higher percent of capacity!!!

That and the cameras facing what -- we assume -- will be the full side of the stadium.. May not look as pathetic on TV and therefore might create some buzz.
Feel like that worked for someone... maybe Coastal?

A win at Missouri would be HUGE!
Most wins from SEC programs since 2020:
Missouri
Georgia
Alabama
