I am seeing some smart work coming out of the athletic department, I haven't renewed my tickets yet this year due to elderly family being in and out of the hospital this year and received a call about my tickets yesterday, so the athletic department is beefing up its marketing

I’m optimistic we’ll get a nice crowd for opening game. Maybe 25k.

But I just hope we’re prepared for it this time, rather than what happened for the Tulane game. You want fans to actually want to return, and even those who may not quite be fans but want to catch a live college game.

I prefer watching recorded games. Too many commercials these days watching live. And, with so many "premier" games happening that night, it would be best to record them. But, you then have to likely go out of your way to keep from finding out the outcomes. But, I still will watch recorded games knowing the outcome if it happens to be a real tight game or there's some implied controversy during it.
