Matt Deggs does pretty well in chaos; in fact, it helps keep the Louisiana Raging’ Cajuns baseball head coach on his toes.

His Cajuns have done just that as he enters his seventh offseason following a 27-31 overall finish this past spring and fifth in the Sun Belt Conference. They lost 13 players to the transfer portal and saw their pitching coach, Gunner Leger, depart to conference rivals Southern Mississippi, leaving Deggs and the rest of his staff with some work to do in the summer.
