When I hear UL and hope in the same sentence, I have a visual of Bob Hope in the role of Bernie Lomax with Richard and Larry running around in @Lafayette gear. Keep hope alive.

I'll be listening to hear what they're doing to get real marketing done and grow a fan base before it is too late.

Maggard visiting the pod is a start in the right direction. No spoon fed USL approved questions makes for a better interview.

He kind of got painted in a corner due to the LaTurd's AD doing his interview. And, BTW, that dude was definitely likeable and genuine. I'm sure he pulled a few punches, but overall he seems like a good find for Ruston U.

I'm happy to see Dr. Maggard agree to the interview and hopefully this will be something we'll see a lot more of in the near future.

New leadership at Tech are all genuine. They are going in the right direction and hopefully they can help the SBC in the near future.

That was a completely different leadership group. They have a new president (who was the UL System President) and the new AD. It’s a completely different mindset.

It's a different mindset for their administration. On the other hand, their fans will still be looking down their nose at us and the conference. Of course, they'll do that at their own peril...

But the same whale donor, Davison, calls the shots, as he has for decades. Don’t be fooled, the wolf is in sheep’s clothing. The AD has first impressions about UL from a McNeese perspective, just like TMac. L A Tech is not our friend.

And Henderson is just surfing to retirement. Always follow the money.
