    I've been told.

    The time to try harder was decades before the openings occurred, not WHEN the openings occurred, and in Memphis case certainly not after the Conference had settled on 16 teams.

    Our monetary bid for independence was not enough of "a strong-a@$% offer", lol

    Maybe instead of a bid a declaration was needed

    My understanding is that the Big 12 doesn't want to split the media share any further at this point and Memphis doesn't meet their standards academically. All rumors of course.

    This WILL happen at some point.. and the AAC or whatever its called will take JMU, Marshall, and App..

    And we'll be in the super louisiana conference
