Not too sure about this hire. Seems like Aly made a desperation hire here. With all of the young up and coming coaching talent available, she hires a 64 year old man who didn't start coaching until he was 60. And let's be honest. His 2 daughters have never been known for having all that good of a stick. If putting this on a grade scale, this hire would be a D at best in my opinion.

Analytical guy. I am not happy about the hire but, I will give him a season to see if he makes the team better. Let's give him the benefit of the doubt first.
