Maggard is in this position as just a job, he has no emotional attachment to UL at all. He could care less because once he is gone to another job, he can forget UL. He doesn't have any passion to improve UL to get to the "next" level. In scheduling, Maggard loves him some FCS move ups. T-Joe has passion for UL but not in Athletics. Our leadership is failing us, the long term fans and Alum. They are killing the fan passion.

Its not a claim it's a self imposed "My Team, My Town" limitation.

It ignores and undoes everything the school has worked hard to attain, for the last 125 years when Dr Stephen's said if you localize a school you kill it.
