Homesick or something else? Saw he didn’t make a ton of appearances in JUCO and none at A&M. Control issues, I assume?

Defintely control issues, hence my posts hoping the new pitching coach can refine some things. The kid throws 102 mph and is nicknamed “Mr. Triple Digits” but needs to harness his stuff. It’s a BIG TIME arm though.

You can’t teach someone to throw 102 miles an hour you can teach them how to pitch. The key is gonna be strikes and not be wild

Just throw it 97 and most of the control issues probably take care of themselves.
