After careful consideration of past marketing efforts like 2 buck beer, running out of water, and stunting generational student/fan growth, it was time for the marketing plan known as “Field of Dreams.”
Kinda build it and hope they will come.
The average non invested fan sees half a stadium, with no permanent pressbox. And here we are, ~50 days out and no real marketing.

We all know this, idk if they know it? The drop in attendance at Louisiana football games runs deeper than just stadium aesthetics. Renovating Cajun Field may help marginally, but it’s short-sighted to think fans will return in droves just because the seats are newer or the concourse looks flashier.
The reality is that something drove the average fan away—and maybe this renovation is a reactive attempt to fix the symptoms without addressing the cause. Whether it's disconnect between the administration and the community, or fading traditions, the bond between fan and program has eroded.
Until that relationship is rebuilt—until fans feel truly valued and invested—it will take a lot more than a shiny stadium to fill it.
Here is one of the other uniforms i created that i think we could do for one night? I know Acadiana but its just a
way to connect with the area!
