Is this an echo chamber?

Let’s say we add MTSU and WKU—do you really think they’d commit long-term to the western side of the conference? More likely, they’d naturally align themselves with the East, geographically and culturally.

And if the opportunity came up for them to join a more compact, travel-friendly Eastern Sun Belt division, you better believe they’d consider leaving the West behind.

We can’t just assume loyalty when alignment and logistics say otherwise. If we’re not proactive in shaping our side of the conference—building strong rivalries, reducing travel costs, and boosting engagement—we’re setting ourselves up to be the expendable half.

Have we not learn anything from all this conference realignment?

Lets be dumb’?

Now if you can get UNT or UTSA, or a more western school okay.
