We lose 1 state. Pick up 3. ESPN will like that.
Keeps divisions compact.
Solidifies the conference. Strength in numbers.
Keeps the necks where they belong.

No on Delaware.
I am Okay with Middle and WKU if we can't get an ECU. But no need for Delaware to join. Find someone else closer to the West.
I realize that 3 teams in Alabama makes very little sense. But to me, make a huge run at WKU, UAB and ECU, if you can't get them, go with MT and WKU and pull someone for the West.
If media deal value grows by inviting the former SBC schools to return to the fold then:
WKY, Mid Tenn, & FIU. I don't care they left us behind once, we'd have done the same thing if given the opportunity.
Here's the AAC 2023-2024 numbers. What did UL get, $1.9M? Why would any school leave the AAC for that? The SBC payout is a joke. Even the MAC pays out more. So we get 3 or 4 times that revenue with the PAC. If we break out even, we are doing better than the SBC. Plus we have the benefit of a higher profile conference, better teams, and an invigorated fan base. It is an investment into the future of UL. To simply dispose of the notion that the PAC is not affordable is nonsense.

We're going nowhere in this conference. Meanwhile, we have some fans here that want to bring Tech into the conference. Tech! Hell, let's just invite McNeese too. No wonder we cant move forward. We still have people want to hold on to the past. Not to mention an administration that just doesn't give a damn about athletics. Let's be honest. If they could just dump athletics completely, they would.
