Again what do we bring in the 2 major sports? I am only asking because I get sick at our following/attendance and until this changes UL will never be a hot commodity for an upgrade in Conference......so we are on level with Tech which we should NOT be is my point!

Attendance is only one metric. Football and basketball fans will come when we offer them a compelling reason to attend. It's got to be more than winning. The Napier years proved that. So, what changed after the Hudspeth years? The FUN factor. Make Cajun Field fun and affordable again, and attendance will improve. It's that simple.

It's hard to be affordable when you are at the bottom of the conference in NIL and a few other measurables'. I'm not sure why people don't see this, we are not USL any longer. I don't like the increases either, but I understand it.

If their plan puts NIL over the top, that is one thing.

If their plan makes it not funnable ant fundable and not NILable then that is quite another thing.

Funnable and fundable are within their grasp and two out of three ain't bad.

I have a feeling that if they get the first two right the third will begin to flow as well.
