LaTech is rumored to begin negotiating with the PAC

They are broke and were told there is no room at the inn by the SBC. I can tell you there is no way the UL System Board will support that move. We are in the same system. Texas St has the money and population base. La Tech brings nothing, but I wouldn't be surprised the PAC 8 would even entertain the discussion.
