Unfortunately there are no numbers which will be worn by players. Nor are there photos of the new guys coming on board. However there is a fairly complete bio on each player. Good way to familiarize yourself with the new squad is to review the roster on ragincajuns.com.

Missed it there. However, the school website may be easier to review than an X post. It is there semi permanently

I guess my only question is there at 17 players listed right now. I thought there was roster limitations. Does this mean some of the walkons are playing to earn a spot and the others will not be on the roster when the season starts.

My understanding was that going forward there will be only 15 and everyone would be scholarship players. The two walk ons are allowed to stay on because they were here before the changes so they are Grandfathered in

The judges ruling on the NCAA settlement said current players cannot be removed from a team as a result of the agreement. Eventually basketball rosters will be at 15.

And to add on to that the university isn’t required to fund all 15 scholarships. I believe they are sticking with 13 this year. Next year could be different.
