I know some of you are not thrilled with this home and home, but for me, I think it is really good. It is hard to schedule as a Mid Major, if you can get a really good mid major to partner with you than you take it all day and twice on Sunday.

Not sure why this is not universally a decent matchup. I know we're clamoring for a home game against a "P4" but a home and home with Liberty is good. Yeah, they are CUSA. But they played in a New Years 6 bowl 2 years ago. Got their butts kicked, but they went. Take Liberty over a home and home with the MAC or any other CUSA team outside of Tech.

They are 53-23 since going FBS. They have played in a new years 6 and multiple seasons in top 25. Seems like a pretty good series to me

I could see Liberty in a better conference in 7 years and back out on this game at Cajun Field.

Tulane came here last year and we return the trip in '27 but yeah I get what you're saying. Seems we are always going away first. More so with the Coosa team. Sam Houston used to be a money game but are we gonna have to start going there now like with Kennessaw.

I guess it could be worst. We're finally getting Tulsa here and we don't have that 2fer1 turn to 3 and None like L.A. Jech got with NC State.
