I was comparing texas tech to louisiana tech, usually when a school is named tech, it was my understanding that they are far and away known for best engineering in their state, that claim seems in doubt for these two
20.5 million salary cap? The big schools will do what they have always done... cheat.
New deal will combine the over and under the table of recruiting. St least one of the two can lead to probation. For Nevada Las Vegas at least.
Not the “best” engineering school in Texas, but a damn good program. I work with a ton of engineers, and plenty from TX A&M, UT-Austin, TX Tech and UofH. As a percentage of who is good to work with as a teammate, Tech grads have just as high a percentage for me personally as anyone who graduated from A&M or Austin.
Same comparing UL, LA Tech and LSU grads. You can come from a great program with a 4.0, but if you can’t work with people, I personally don’t have much use for you.
