Yep. And the price will probably go up for next year if they pull it off

She really did not reach her potential here.

The difference in her case is, she was hampered by Glasco’s arrogance in experimenting with a baseball pitching coach. I do not fault the baseball coach for trying.

Money is not forgotten, but I feel like this playing-with-fire sentimentality was a contributing factor to everyone who exited or left the program. From Glasco down through the players.

Even if Glasco succumbed to fan sentimentality with less than experienced hires, the under achievements of his tenure were totally due to his relying on players already existing talent when they arrived and were exacerbated by his inability to coach them "up."

It is imperative in order to have players who reach their full potential you have to have a coaching staff that can "coach players up."
    Exactly

It kinda makes it look like our school can't get players to reach their full potential here...money or not.
But did he talk to those players he took before they were in the portal?

How/why did administration allow that? Will espn ask that?

    Did Landry have NIL?

How many 40 somethings are now jumping in to travel ball coaching to chase a sweet retirement windfall....

Well, I can't be upset because I don't contribute to nil. Blame me, I still want amateur sports, not the minor leagues of pro sports.

Amateur sports is not coming back. We must embrace NIL to win. These student athletes deserve to be compensated for their time and talents.
