    Yes, very late.

For some hipnotic reason even with unequal NIL he can out reqruit the majority of coaches out there.

Must be a selling skill he gained during his delayed entry into softball.

Equalize or exceed the NIL requirements and other schools don't have a chance.

He is rare in that regard.

There was at one point a freshman starting catcher, 1st baseman, 2nd baseman, Pitcher, sophomore 2nd baseman who moved to SS flawlessly, and a Sophomore right fielder. This team has a great foundation for the future and the coaching did a great job looking at how this YOUNG team showed much improvement towards the end of the season.
    Upvote.

This was posted by person who heads up our centerfield club. Interesting take on our past coach and transfer kids.

You are probably "catching" a few Super Regional softball games this weekend as I am. The games are on the ESPN networks. I was just thinking of Gerry Glasco's influence on the teams in this Super Regional. Probably won't ever happen again. It should be noted:
Tyler Oubre plays for Liberty. They play Oregon. She was in that #1 Recruiting Class in 2021-22.
Brooke Ellestad plays for Alabama. They played Oklahoma where Sam Landry is the ace and shinning. Sam was in that #1 Class.
Then there are the four who joined him in Lubbock; Chloe Riasetto, Vic Valdez, Lauren Allred and Alexa Langliers. So, this is SEVEN he recruited. But, there is another one, Taylor Roman. Gerry did not recruit her, but she played for him. She is playing for Ole Miss. Taylor was the only one in her class that Gerry kept.
That's EIGHT he has influenced. No other coach in these Super Regionals has had an impact on as many players on these 16 Special Cream of the Crop Teams. And, he brought them here to us to watch and enjoy. WoW!

Don't forget, one other was on the number one seed in the tournament. Kramer Eschette-Texas A&M.

So is about 50 percent or less at keeping his own recruits?

How can no other coach have impacted more than the coaches that have their entire teams still playing. They all have more than 16 players.

The matriculation impact is wide and far.

The dude can spot talent and can convince them to play for him.

    Even before NIL.
