Not sure what is surprising about any decisions Deggs makes whether it be before the game or in game. To me, they are no longer head scratchers. They are “well that’s not surprising”. The dude has been volatile and extreme since the day he asked the fans to hold hands and walk through the gates of Omaha with him. Personally I’d be surprised if we were competitive tomorrow.

  2. Ragin' Cajuns Baseball: Cajuns Fall Behind Early, Not Able To Capitalize Against Herd in 9-5 Setback

Luke Yuhasz and Lee Amedee had three hits apiece to lead a 10-hit attack, but fifth-seeded Louisiana fell behind early and dropped a 9-5 decision to No. 4-seeded Marshall in the 2025 Sun Belt Conference Baseball Championship on Wednesday at Riverwalk Stadium.

It seriously looks like Deggs either is ready to cut some of these guys because they ain’t it or Deggs just don’t Give a F anymore. Coached to lose yesterday all around for sure. What Deggs put out there made sure we lost it.

I will say it again, Deggs is not the answer. He is the problem. JMO.

After Thursday and Friday of last week, I had no idea that this team would get harder to watch. Last night was absolutely brutal! Hardest part to watch was the moves that Deggs was making. Problems runneth deep!

Bringing in Trimble, Taylor, and Hebert was just odd. I get that maybe we are trying to play the long game, but the bats have been very unproductive to be bringing in bullpen guys that haven't seen the mound in 3 months.

Personally, I can rationally make a case for Taylor. Bringing in Hebert totally irrational. Then Trimble behind him? Both of those moves in a 3 game is totally dumbfounding.

Plenty of hits in the rematch but curious pitching rolls in the first Marshall matchup seems to have come back to bite.
