If KM wants to be a Cajun then the hitting coach is irrelevant. Her dad Eric is her hitting coach. One of the best in the area. Her resume proves it.

I would think getting players that you are in competition with against other schools would be the top priority. If a staff change is made it would probably come later as you can hire a coach that isn't necessarily on the free agent list.
