Around 3am 5-10-25 some nefarious site in India started bombarding the site with the goal of denying everyone else access.

at one point they had just under 20,000 bots looking at different pages.

Bandwidth report today.

This may be an ongoing problem ...

Has this only began after all the ads were added to RP? It is quite a busy site with all the ads around and sometimes hard to navigate. Just wondering.

The denial-of-service attack has no rhyme or reason.

It happened a couple of years ago then again a couple of months ago and again a couple of weeks ago, then again yesterday.

Yesterday at 09:04 am was the worst.

Most users ever online was 19,376 yesterday.
