The problem was both of these coaches while employed by UL were actively trying to get Cajun players to follow them while still employed by UL. These ladies were bad for the culture that Coach Aly has established. Bad apples must go. Karma came back and bit Landry because the job she thaught she was going to get never even opened up. Time to move on and hire culture builders and coaches that can gets these players better.
Not taking you to task, but isn't "actively trying to get Cajun players to follow them while still employed by UL" something Glasco most probably did on his way out?

I'm not sure what he did or didn't do so I will not speculate.

It doesn’t matter who the coaches are. All that matters is NIL money. If the Cajuns don’t have money to spend it’s going to be very hard to stay a top team.

....and he started looking for a new team to coach on May 20th, right after the regional last year. So, we really didn't have a coach for 2 months during the portal period. The most significant factor hindering finding quality replacements!
