Thread: Softball Offseason

Money may be the problem too! Not sure what they pay Asst. Coaches but could that be hampering the process also? Not the so called freeze but the amount UL pays/spends on its asst. coaches.

    Its like someone is MIA.

No sense of urgency or activity in media, print, or social.

No idea, but money is always a factor.

I'm just saying, those of us that follow these sports hard, understand we are out of step and way behind filling our needs.

Of course, the game plan could be we have what we need, just need to do a better job developing the under performers and incoming freshmen. If true, that would take a couple of really good pitching and hitting coaches, but we don't have them on staff yet.

Or, are we simply having problems finding coaches and players who want to be a part of our program?

Not knowing anymore than what's already transpired, it's very hard to see how we'll be any better in 26.
I agree. I know a lot of folks don't like Glasco, but he was a RELENTLESS RECRUITER! Before and after NIL and the portal.

In my opinion that isn't the reason hires haven't been made. The program has never had issues attracting assistant coaches. This program is a program young coaches who aspire to be a head coach one day would want to have listed on their resumes.
