I first heard small talk about the possibility at the end of June. No surprise if she is the hire. If she is the hire and she stays at UL for a while it should pay off for future recruiting. Regardless who the hire is it will be interesting to see how they handle the staff.

I said I heard talks about the possibility. When you hear talks about a hire you do know that doesn't mean a hire has been made. Besides regardless of who is hired can they coach that will be the question.

Then you would know why the hire hasn't been made official then. But you have just been starting things in this thread for the last month knowing already how this was going to play out.

It probably took this long to convince the new hire to take the job or the money wasn't enough at first.
