For some reason UL will not let anyone without media credentials to interview players or coaches.

This started when David Walker moved over from Martin Hall and became Athletic Director. It was roughly about the time Scott Farmer was hired as his assistant.

For some reason UL will not let anyone without media credentials to interview players or coaches.

That is what I understand to be true. But WHY! Everyone else apparently doesn't have that requirement. I guess San Jose, Nebraska, LSU, Troy, Cal Irvine, etc. should consult with UL's administration to learn how a real R1 University handles the media!!!! All of these schools have allowed their coaches to be interviewed by Ragin Review. But UL is above them I guess.

Same here. However, he could have been a Ragin Cajun had he committed to be one earlier. He took too long to make a decision so the new staff moved on.
