All we do is tell the truth, and sometimes the truth hurts. There is no agenda outside of that. When it comes to giving feedback, it's always going to be either positive, negative, or neutral. It will never be all positive 100% of the time because then it becomes a lie. We are still the customer, and we try to give HONEST feedback which can help the university and administration in the long run.
