    Did you sleep through civics class? Constitutional protections apply to anyone inside the jurisdiction of the US.

    Without due process, there is no public determination on whether they are legal or not.

    Without due process, any of us can be grabbed and deported.

    That could be true in the absence of legal documentation. Anyone who came in legally will have the documentation. Authorities have no problem crosschecking. There is a pc phrase for illigals. Undocumented. If they have the documents, that is the extent of due process. Be on your merry way
