'It's been disappointing': UL baseball looks to wash away last week

Things didn’t go as planned for Louisiana baseball on its road trip to Monroe to face the ULM for a three-game Sun Belt Conference series.

After the Ragin’ Cajuns (17-22, 8-7) handled their in-state rivals on Friday with a 9-3 win, things went downhill on Saturday and Sunday. The Warhawks gobsmacked the Cajuns in the next two games to win the series 2-1. This series loss marked the first time in 13 years that UL has lost a conference series against ULM.
