Louisiana Men's Basketball announced Josh White as an assistant coach on Wednesday.

White, the younger brother of head coach Quannas White, joins the Louisiana staff after six seasons on the staff at Texas Southern, including the last four as an assistant coach.

The new roster cannot be displayed until after new players sign. They can't do that until April. In fact it may be they cannot be displayed until they enroll in school. That can't happen until June when summer school begins. New coaches likely to show up on website soon.

I spoke to someone in the know about this yesterday. Turns out there is a little known exception to the nepotism rule. That exception is for High School and college coaches. I don't know how long that exception has been in place. Perhaps we could have had family members of the head coach be on staff in the past had we been aware of the exception.
