Annual ALS Fund Raiser-Cajun Twist

The link shown gives information on the 4th annual Fin Feather Fur Food Festival (F5). This is a fund raiser to benefit people living with ALS. As usual, there will be a Cajuns aspect to the event. Dr. Savoie is one of the judges. Auction items will include 4 season tickets to the four sports we sell tickets to. Date is Thursday, April 24. Time is 4 to 8 PM. Site is Blackham Coliseum. Everyone who went last year spoke about how great this event was. If you want information beyond what is found in the link, send me a private message. Reminder this event is tomorrow. Hope to see some of you there. Some of you who enjoy spirits may be interested in a new aspect of the event. We are having a raffle for 2 wagons full of premium alcohol. Note, one raffle for each wagon. Tickets are 20 dollars each with the value in the wagon approaching 500 dollars. Cajun athletes and Coaches should be present. A new auction item is a Cajun basketball signed by Coach White. I guarantee if you attend a good time will be enjoyed.

Over 2000 people attended a year ago and in the first 3 years of the event over a half million dollars was raised for AlS patients. Purpose is to supply these people with care that improves their quality of life. Think of supplying them with an extremely high tech wheelchair
