UL Golf Loft-18 Broussard-Golf simulation sports bar and future one near Cajun Field

    https://developinglafayette.com/wp/l...ard-lafayette/

"Following the opening of Broussard, the Lafayette location will enter planning stages with the aim of being located near the Cajundome & Cajun Field, with a projected opening within the next 2-3 years. This future site promises to be even larger and more grand, further establishing Loft18 as an emerging leader in the sports bar industry space."

Gold Simulated - huge sports bar to open in Broussard and then finally we will have an even bigger one near Cajun Field. This is what we have been waiting for cajun fans! A Bar and Grill type entertainment venue within walking distance of Cajun Field. Hope they make it in walking distance. This will change the game here!

If I were making the decision, I'd have gone with Lafayette near the Cajundome/Cajun Field first. I think the potential ROI there will be much higher.

It would be a staple before and after Cajun games.

The one in Broussard already had the building and there is a huge void of things to do in Broussard/youngsville. If they maintain the simulators I think both will do very well.
