Yeah…last year worked within a situation where a larger publicly traded company had acquired a much smaller, privately backed on, and integration of the smaller company’s field employments into the HSE standards of the larger one was quite interesting to say the least.
Like you said, no FRCs/PPEs required. Everyone driving around with guns in the vehicles out on location…suddenly having to come into compliance with the rules of the larger company’s.
