They both hurt the program on their way out, but Glasco did so more out of necessity while Lotief did so out of spite.
Lotief was unemployed and just being hateful. Nothing would have made him happier than UL softball never seeing success again so he could claim the only reason the softball team was ever good was because of him.
I can't really fault Glasco for wanting to build the best team he could at Texas Tech.
While they both hurt the program, Glasco's actions were understandable while Lotief's were just petty and absolutely unnecessary. Big difference between the two.
