Well, I've come to the conclusion that we are gonna move down the totem poll quite a bit especially if we don't make some hard decisions on personnel. Will we replace some team members if we find more talented replacements? This is a difficult subject to address for any coach, but I wonder if CAH has the toughness for this type of decision. I know she's a bono fide competitor, so I'm hoping the competitor in her trumps the genuinely nice and respectful person we know she is. It's about what's best for the program and that includes coaches too. This situation will ultimately decide the type of program we'll have in the near future.

Yes, evaluate everything. Seems like hitting and pitching have regressed. Don't know if it's a player or coaching issue. Obviously we have a talent level issue compared to what we have been accustomed to.

We need 2 pitchers and 5-6 position players to be able to compete at the level that is the UL standard. It will probably take a couple of years to get back to that level. Fans will have to be patient. We need to support this coaching staff, they have a tough job ahead. In my opinion, there are only 3 players on the squad that measure up to that standard for next year.

Yes ULM is good. They have improved every year over the last few years. The coach played for Aly at Bama.

Once again you are wrong. And you are basically calling out the whole roster minus three players.

I never like programs giving up on freshmen for many reasons, and there are some talented freshmen among this group.

From what I’ve seen, our middle infielders are keepers.

Think there are some young ladies to work with, and a little success and luck in the portal can do wonders quickly.

I think this staff will get it right.
