Lafayette native and guitarist Dege Legg, known professionally as Brother Dege, died at the age of 56 on March 8.

This was just a couple days before his last album Aurora was released. For those who have not hear of Brother Dege or his music, I recommend giving that album a listen. Very well done. I think it was some of his best work.

Yes it did. I remember listening to it for the 1st time and I was in awe of how powerful of an album it is while being kind of numb at the same time knowing he had just passed away.
