I think it is for all sports. It climbs slightly over a certain period to $30M.

Quannas White’s second transfer

Finister redshirted one of his two seasons at Kansas State before going to Same Houston. He was doing well for the Bearkats until going into a mid season slump. His last game for Sam Houston was on February 5. I wonder if he was injured. He may have been benched. He had a 1 for 11 game and another poor night in which he went 0 for 8 right before he stopped playing. We may need to rebuild his confidence. He is from Carver High in New Orleans.
