    If true, and that’s a lot of $$ for a non-coaching position that’s not a GM, then either White is taking a pay cut to come here, or he will be (by far) the highest paid coach in the Sun Belt.

    Either way, clearly UL is going all-in on basketball. Love it.

    I remember not that long ago, there was a discussion about how different our program is now compared to when we hired Evans, because there’s no way we could hire a top assistant from a national champion now.

    Well…we just hired a top assistant from the #2 team in the nation.

    That's exactly who I had in mind. If BC wants to make one more run at a rebuild and do it in Lafayette, it's not a bad idea.
