I’ve never understood the whole point behind kneeling for the national anthem. Kneeling during the national anthem is one of the least demanding forms of protest. It requires no investment of time, money, or genuine effort toward the social justice issues they’re outraged over, and all being done for attention in my opinion. In essence, it comes across as a way of saying, “Hey, don’t forget about me today.”
