Bostick was playing second base for the Cajuns. He fielded a one out ball hit by #2 hole hitter Rowell with a runner (Killingsworth) at second base. Bostick seemed to slip a bit (hard to tell from the video) where the artificial turf infield met the outfield grass. The throw was bad but Robichaux made another nice save.

agree. I've felt all along the Cajuns were at the top of this league. I predicted before the season Cajuns baseball and softball would combine for the lowest era in the country. I WAS WRONG, but the boys are holding their own and I think we might be getting some confidence at the plate.

Well actually on a ball thrown to his Right he touches with his left foot but regardless of the foot we seem to be STEPPING up!!!!

He also had his back to home plate where the runner was trying to score from second base. He had the presence of mind to throw a strike to Keefer. The runner stopped 15 feet from home plate. Keefer ran him back to third and threw to TFred who made the tag to end the game.

    No charge, Boom. _

If so, I see the same thing nearly every time I click on "Listen Live". Dittos on the Talk Radio site (pun intended). If this is the case, all you have to do is right-click somewhere on the pop-up window and select "Reload" (Firefox) or "Refresh" (Internet Explorer).

For some reason, it almost never connects by clicking on the "Listen Live" link initially, but usually loads after the second attempt. _
That is what happens. Sometimes it will work the 2nd time and sometimes it won"t

Boomer... I've been watching Cajun baseball for over 20 years. If we've ever had a better defensive 1st baseman than Robe during those years, I can't remember him.

Keefer correctly ran him back to the bag until the runner committed to third and then made the throw that ended the game.
