Louisiana Women's Tennis won their fifth straight match and fourth in three days with a 4-1 victory over Southern on Wednesday at Cajun Courts.

Louisiana earned a sweep in doubles to start the evening. Kamea Medora and Nina Krecklenberg earned the first win without dropping a game 6-0. The Cajuns picked up a pair of wins on courts two and three, only dropping one game in each match.

Ivana Castillo continued her fantastic spring with a 6-0, 6-0 victory. Rocio Navarro improved to 6-1 on the year with a 6-3, 6-1 win on court four. Angelique Berrat clinched the match on two, 6-4, 6-1, recording her sixth win of the year. With the wins, Berrat and Navarro are tied for the team singles lead with six.

After playing four matches over three days, the Cajuns will get time to recover before starting Sun Belt Conference play on March 7 at Coastal Carolina.
